He even leads the narrative, explaining things to the audience that would otherwise be boring to understand and making jokes like the best of them. Sheriff Porter is who he turns to after catching the bad guys, and Odd needs a good cover to keep his secret.
Violence and oppression are the worst aspects of the film
Since the film is not rated, I am writing a short review of its contents here. I would give the film a PG-13 rating for intense and brief language, uninhibited sexual content and girl in underwear, numerous scary/intense/frightening moments, a large dose of direct violence, and some disturbing moments.
